merk and sou-e-ldad are a marked improvment..  not shure what merk brings to the table - possibly logisticsand supply chain ?

soledad has a smelter adn a couple mines in production w copper / which i think is legacy N 2030...

otw - if U don't know what the "TMX" is as N "TSX"..  don't kid Ur self that merk and soleD  are jumping on board for 40M shares..  merk started acquiring aaround 6 weeks ago on the instinet - very large blocks 10x10000 thru the Vuze CBOT...

U can follow the swaps on stockwatch....

if U are new here or not a re-branding iron...  keep Ur powder dry - buy a small block for the main board - observe...

there are NO RETAIL Investors feeding - flipping NCI Stoks...
