So what do you feel is the most probable outcome. Safe is basically DOA, however the COA act doesn't seem like it has enough support. So many people even Bruce saying nothing is going to happen until next election in 2024.
Do you think Schumer et al will be forced to act on Safe, or just push the COA with the reconciliation bill in new year.
