RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:the holly grail of NRs about to drop any day nowIf the results are good it is considered Material Information and the company is legally bound to release them. If the results suck they are not considered Material Information and they are under no compulsion (other than ethical) to release them "in a timely manner", which if I understand correctly is ... 72 hours.

As Bmom and I both stated ... they are at week 11 of an expected 5-6 week turnaround.
