IMO sells for ~$5.6M each back in 2016 when Oil Priceoutlook dim, gasoline prices in the basement and inflation hasn't taken off.
CVE sells for ~$1.25M each when oil price outlook Great, gasoline prices at near all time highs and inflation has taken off and property values through the roof.
That's almost ~$4.4 million diffence!!!!!
As for possible contaminated soil..... I would assume this would apply to both.
All just my opinion/view/thinking.
