RE:Why are investors selling at 25 cents ?Why are Tim and the boys on-board with this low-ball offer?  They fought much harder against hostile takeovers in the past.  It would seem that Taiga has more leverage to achieve a better price.

I can’t recall Taiga’s initial price - but I don’t think it was much lower than SSRM’s offer.
