RE:RE:RE:Takeover target?? SaltWell my take is that the company is staffed with people at the top who wont sell out for a cheap quick buck. If the offer is high enough that there is a benefit to the shareholders, well past 10 a share....well past that, then I think they would entertain an offer. Otherwise they will simply develop the resource. There are seasoned industry veterans at the helm and they know the potential.
I believe a resonable offrer would be at or above $75 a share. The salt is worth is worth like 60-70 billion dollars for wholesale value. 15% buyout of an undeveloped resource seems to be industry standard.
