If CVE properties were on par with IMO.... the difference would even be more!!!   Given the market condition of 2016 vs now  (gasoline prices at all time highs and property values through the roof/inflation).

Poor Shareholders.... 

All just my opinion/view/thinking

That's almost ~$4.4 million diffence!!!!!   

As for possible contaminated soil..... I would assume this would apply to both.   

All just my opinion/view/thinking.
