PP opinion

PP opinionHow do we make a PP.... ???...Do we start to think of it the morning drinking a coffee cup ?
I think a PP could take days, weeks, maybe month or so
So when you think of a PP you try to obtain the best price. But like it could take days, weeks, months, when CRE board was thinking about it our S.P wasn't 1.98 but maybe more between 1,60 and 1.75.

THE PROBLEM with CRE is always the same TIMING !!!!! As always be !!!!!

Maybe they didn't expect our S.P to rise to 1.98 by the closing of a PP but it is what happened
So S.P backed off for as many reasons that were posted here.
Still thinking we have a jewel in hand, but the jewelers are some kind of.....weird
