RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:POGThe deal will likely be 50:50 cash at 18.50 and NCM shares. So it values the deal right now under this ratio at 17.69. So the market believes the deal will be cancelled or NCM shares will drop further. Currently, it is a good arbitrage play.
