BNP wants their gold

BNP wants their goldAll BNP sold to Silverlake was the ca. $60mm in Harte loans and accrued interest denominated in worthless fiat. Silverlake PR on deal doesnt say how much they paid BNP for Harte first lien defaulted debt, only state they did not pay more than face amount plus accrued interest...BNP probably sold defaulted first lien to Silverlake for pennies on dollar so Silverlake would operate mine and pay BNP gold stream owed. BNP probably could not come to agreement with Appian sharks so brought in Silverlake, that have mine operation experience and $321mm cash on balance sheet, to do BNP dirtywork. Likely that HRT shareholders including sharks at Appian get zero (Appian deserve it given how mercenary they have acted). Silverlake get mine for pennies on dollar and BNP get their gold.
