Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Kellums words very, very strong and dodging US listing means they aren't interested in coughing up their paper at these levels...imho, they have FULL control, a US listing would create a share management issue at this level.
