LOL. Forgot to mention that second difference between apabetalone and ABBV-744. It was been reported that ABBV-744 has some unique on-target ability to inhibit androgen receptor. I don't know definitively that apabetalone lacks this effect on androgen receptor, but it could be that the very selective BD2 nature of ABBV-744 instills this unique outcome.
