Major Fund Raise Required?

Major Fund Raise Required?Given the news yesterday, will the company need to do a massive financing to fund land, growing areas, manufacturing and processing facilities. Then distribution streams? 
Longs don't get upset....I'm just asking a logical question. Feedback?
