HIVE delisted from NASDAQ?

HIVE delisted from NASDAQ?as of this writing HIVE is only 9 cents away from being under $3. this could potentially put them at risk of losing their NASDAQ listing. FYI for those that want to make informed decisions on the crypto miners they invest in!
