RE:RE:Look aroundI agree that CRE has dropped the ball from a capital markets perspective - this is coming from someone with a career on both the sell side (Investment banks) and buy side (hedge funds) in equity research.
On top of what many others here have mentioned, even things like: how have they not uplisted their OTC listing in the US (such an amatuer move)?! For guys like me who are buying in $5k, $10k+ tranches, its digestible to pay a $50 transaction fee - but how about everyone else - they're actually excluding an enormous amount of potential investors. And guess where these investors end up going? LITOF (FL's OTC). This is obviously just one example. But in my mind exemplifies how poorly management has managed the investor relations strategy here and why CRE trades at such a significant discount to its peers.
I'm sure management will try to justify (at least in their heads) "we only want serious investors" or "the fundamentals will take care of the stock price" - this is BS especially when your're a micro cap company (who needs smaller investors) and plan to consistently tap the markets (i.e. its not JUST about waiting for the end result).
