At any rate, BQE insiders own more than half the shares. The only reason they would sell is if they can get a substantial premium to all FUTURE cash flows and they see this as an opportunity to speed up the development of the company (with more capital).

Their fate is in their own hands.

 I also cannot find anything that appeals as this does, but have to believe they will get purchased one day, only so long the big boys let them be a thorn in their side.  Today they are a small thorn, but its growing.
