Old Noront Swami ..... said it a couple months back there a good chance with no agreement thatBHP backs out

Now " ANOTHER " new extension says they CAN NOT agree and if you bought higher then 75 you are on the losing end

So with this news if you are dense enough to tender your shares there is a very good chance you will not see that 75 until a deal is finalized and if the deal falls apart what happens to your shares ?

BHP sits on those shares to return them back to you and he get stuck with what the market deems a FAILURE DEAL and your shares get discounted because you tendered them allowing BHP to sit on those shares

I said it before that the Noront shareholder got screwed with Wyloo and BHP playing this crappie deal out on the Noront shareholder

you all can thank Coutts for bring this BS deal to the table and the way they handled this so-called takeover that can't materialize
