I'm hopeful Emerald can salvage something from this wreckage but the truth be told, their Cannabis enterprises aren't worth much of anything right now. The entire mj sector is being pummelled into oblivion. These are definitely trying times that will inevitably weed out the weak and infirm.
Maybe selling off the SYNC brand, product line, contracts and the IP with it might bring something.??
Metro is closed, shutter and sitting Dhillon the Villain's land. So that ain't worth shyte. Yard sale at best.
If the charges prove out he should have to surrender it all to the shareholders, land included, as proceeds. IMHO
Of course that'll never happen but it should!
Avanti is shuttered and not worth a fiddlers fart.
It's pretty much all garbage except for Verdelite, at this time!
So what's the fire sale price tag on an unprofitable, small grow show in St. Eustache, Quebec ?? In the present market?!? Faaaakk...!
If you're thinking there's still cash on hand consider the costs of broken contracts recently entered into. Can you say, 'money funnel' ..? These twaaats are shameless an belligerent.
Keep in mind closing business has no upside. It's all costs with a guarantee of zero return.
Pray they get something for Verdelite to cover those costs. Not like the average retail investor has a say here anyway, Avtar still controls a shyte load of shares.
Gone, gone, gone... ALL Gone!!
One day your on top of the world,...
the next, your sitting on the floor drinking Darjeeling with Mrs. Nesbit.
Good luck mates.
