You're a little bit off. Year-ending cash will be nearly $120 million. You're probably not factoring in the $3.9 million dividend payment and around $2.8 million of share buybacks.
Also, Yellow's tax shield is diminshing. They will have to start paying cash taxes. It won't be at the full rate as they have a slow deduction from the money Tellier blew in the last decade, but there will be drag on future cash flows.
