What if they have aligned financing deal at prices higher than the market trading price, because of their extremely high IRR and short period needed for recouping the invented capital, since there could be a competition of capital wanting to invest on them? You must realize that the market volume is very low, and unable to indicate true value of the company in the eyes of those with fat fingers, who do not bother to just buy a few shares from the market, since doing so will jack up the price to the sky. They would rather negotiate in big chunks.

You could be right that there maybe some short-term sales of the shares cause by financing. I will wait to find out if there is opportunity to get a huge chunk at very cheap price.
