RE:Crash risk
RE:Crash risk Is this a good time to have a lot of debt like BTI?
Ok poof, do you even read the stuff you are posting?
"a lot of debt like BTI has"? Are you kidding me? $3m CDN is a lot of debt? Line of credit with Lind
I bet they haven't even spent 1/3 of that $3 loan as its only been a bit over 5 months since it was done so they still have plenty of it still on the balance sheet.
and have it structured so
Structured like what? The Lind institution loan can be fully paid off by the Bioasis at any time. It's not a convertible debt financing as Lind can't get shares for less than .31 (its a fixed price regardless of whether we are trading at .10 or 1.00) instead of cash so there is no incentive for anyone to drive the share price down to get more shares for the same amount of debt.
Poof, can you explain yourself as to how you can make such crazy statements? If you can't then I really suggest people think twice about the meaning and motivation behind your posts.
How's this for weekend thinking ... how much is a delivery technology that can get drugs across the BBB worth to pharmas? More than $20.56m CDN ? (our current mkt cap at .285).
Yes, we have not failed in any tests or studies done thus far (internally or with partners).
Yes, we still need to demonstrate it in human clinical trials.
We can demonstrate it ourselves and/or with a partner(s).
Once that happens our worth goes up dramatically.
Do you want to be buying shares at much higher prices once that is more proven and with less risk
OR
now when our track record (not yet in humans tho) has been stellar and given the composition of xB3, we should have no issues demonstrating it in humans.
That is the question you need to answer for yourself.
At $20m CDN marketcap right now, consider the downside vs the upside.
Yes there is competition in the BBB technology space but that is also true of many industries and there can be more than one winner - the space is that big right now and each technology will have its own pluses and minuses for a particular disease target.
Bioasis has stumbled along its long road the past decade. I'm not going to rehash the reasons or journey as it's been documented on this forum before.
COVID and other delays aside this year, I truly believe we'd be at the holy land right now but I'm giving them another 6 months due to those delays to get across the finish line. That doesn't mean we have to wait till June 30/2022 for it all to happen. I believe you'll start seeing results very soon and successes will build on successes. Am I tired and frustrated in waiting for this to all happen, absolutely, but I do believe the next 6 months will be the best time period for the company in its history.
