Largo’s new mine plan projects an after-tax NPV of US$2 billion for the mining operations. LCE is also charting a course toward capturing 3% or ~1,400 megawatt-hours of the long-duration energy storage battery market by 2025. In the context of such an aggressive growth plan the capital requirements are relatively low. If (a big if) the key milestones of the company’s strategic plan could be achieved successfully along the way a 12-month target price in the C$20 range would be very modest. And a target price in the C$40 range would be very likely by 2025 or even before. The question is: Can this Management deliver?
