Watchmaker's purchases were made on November 30th.  Average cost is $2.609.  Watchmaker now owns 83,178 shares and $50,000 in debentures.

Hill's purchases were made on November 30th (11,300 shares), December 2nd (100 shares) and December 3rd (13,600 shares).  Average cost is $2.551.  Hill now owns 297,264 shares and $100,000 in debentures.

This should send a very positive signal to investors.
