No one gives a Fiddler's Fcuk if a Native group is "federally recognized", what they do care about is pipelines in the ground transporting dirty oil. The press are having a field day with this, bouncing from one $hitty Enbridge story to the next and driving the share price down over 11 % in less than a month.
