PowerTap is commercializing its blue hydrogen product, which is focused on the refueling needs of the automotive and long-haul trucking markets that lack hydrogen fueling infrastructure. PowerTap generates hydrogen on-site. It converts natural gas and city water into high-purity hydrogen directly at the point of use. My error. The RSU's have no exercise price. The $1.15 is a notional no. used by the company to calculate an expense. So RSU holders have been acquiring shares at no cost and likely selling them into the open market?
