RE:Another red flag ?????The whole thing wreaks....Cielo sold the tech to 188 for $1.00 who then invested some money to improve the tech, patent it, and license it back to Cielo for $0.05/litre royalty. But Cielo has been the one lately spending a ton of money improving the tech so that it works. So 188 did squat to provide a working model. They should get squat now for extinguishing the royalty. Instead 188 gets $3 million in Cielo shares.

The press release makes no mention of a "hold" period on the 10,000,000 shares so it would appear that they may be available to be dumped at the holder's option anytime after tomorrow morning.
The reasons offerred for the deal do not make sense so there may be something else at play here. Could it simply be another way that Allan and those close to him could pull another couple of million out of the company? It would be interesting to know who the other shareholders of 18887711 Alta. Inc. are.
