The reason for delisting will NOT be on the Composition Plan (Creditor protection), it will be from Management and Board Rule Book Violations. Composiiton Plans are fiarly straight forward. Get a business plan and receive a grance period of 2 years or so. This is a disciplinary committee issue at TSXV and accounting/transaction violations are simply too serious to let go without delisting.
