RE:RE:Large oil discovery :) So from what I gather we will need Royston Deep to further evaluate the intermediate and sub thrust since this well was not optimally positioned for those intervals and obviously not deep enough to test sub thrust. They list 500' of potential pay for this well. So exciting upside here.
Also sounds like our delay was in controlling flow in first test before moving up hole. So, if I am reading correctly, if they get a successful third test, they plan to to do a combined test with the better intervals in test 2 with test 3.
Bottomline, while test 2 was disappointing, we have a long way to go ( including another well) before fully assessing what we have here at Royston. I wonder if Royston Deep is moved up the que in front of Kracken and others?
Would love to see the open hole log to know how all these test intervals compare to get a better idea of what to expect from test 3.
