The power that small shareholders have may surprise you !! Been there done that and won.
But if everyone shows a defeatist attitude 3 months away from the vote then you'll just make the negotiations more difficult.

As for EPL, time they starting promoting the stock, the tight range trading is starting to get frustrating, especially for a company making money !!
