but I don't think it will do us much good.

Dear Sir/Madam,

as a beneficiary shareholder of 80K shares NLC and representing my (grand-) children for another 45K shares, I would like to advice that my broker Saxobank of Denmark, Dutch account XXXXXXXEUR has not provided us with the possibility to vote in the forthcoming meeting.

We are rather desperate to vote against the main proposal.

Saxobank was asked, on 23 november, to provide the possibility to vote in this shareholder meeting. No response has been received.

I expressed my concern to Saxobank on 1 december that they had sold our proxies to a third party. No response on this accusation either.

What other ways are open to us to vote the shares the way we would like?

Hoping you may find a solution,

with best regards,

Ruud
