$ASEP Combatting Antibiotic Resistant Infection ASEP Medical Holdings is a new pre-clinical diagnostic and therapeutic company that has jumped onto my radar after going public late November under the ticker $ASEP/$ASEP.C.
$ASEP is currently in pre-clinical development of diagnostic assays to rapidly detect sepsis infections earlier than current methods. $ASEP is also developing a proprietary peptide technology that directly addresses current treatment issues for antibiotic resistant biofilm infections.
Shares of $ASEP are trading low relative to IPO price, which has me watching for any news on their preclinical studies. Treatment of antibiotic resistant infections is an ever growing concern and if the company can address this issue I believe they’ll be a big player to watch.
