CabbieJBJ-- Good  post. QTRH is moving with times re ITS strategy.  Today announced IRD advancing in Europe with appointment  of regional managment leader in ITS transportation.

Paul Hill IMO is true leader  in our ITS.  He delivers on his words.  He stated,would have leader of our Europian operation by January in Q3 conference call and he delivered top management individual.  IRD on move in Europe.
