Bull Trap or start of turn around?

Up 0.015 cents 10% with above average volume.

I bought another 20,000 today total 50,000 @0.1711 average cost so that if the company gets bought out at $2/Share in the next few quarters/years I make $100,000 total investment amount. I have a bit of more money I want to put in this but I'm going to wait and see.

Is this a bull trap combined with tax loss selling in december? or is this the start of a turn around?
