The reason why I stay "long"

The reason why I stay "long"

If Largo remained unchanged with only one major revenue stream then you have to wait until V2O5 becomes and stays very expensive over a long period to expect the possibility of a dividend.  A very unlikely scenario considering the volatility and cyclical pattern of V prices. Largo is transforming itself into a multi-revenue streams company with focus on its strategic commitment to the energy storage business that is a rapidly expanding industry. The company’s strategy is very aggressive and requires profits to be reinvested for much stronger longer-term growth in earnings which will eventually translate into much higher stock prices in the future. Personally I invest in Largo for long-term capital appreciation (big gains when I will sell my shares in the future) as opposed to receiving dividends. Imho, if Largo remained a one-trick-pony mining company it would be difficult for the sp to go beyond C$20. On the other hand if Management succeeded in implementing its aggressive growth plan, it would be, imo, possible for LGO to be traded in the C$30-40s by 2025.
