RE:RE:Really confusing It's in front of PREB that's why they aren't in the top 10 of RFP. They will get approved in a different stream altogether and weren't allowed to be approved through normal means since case is with ALJ

GRB already has financing in place so quick turn from approval to groundbreaking.

Jeff can hold his own in legal matters and a Paul and Tommy aren't small fish either
