Mitsubishi guaranteed the loans to get CMMC going.
Mitsubishi has full concentrate offtake paying market prices - a boon for CMMC - everything sold to one buyer at market price.

EVA is stand alone to be financed by CMMC which is not what Mitsubishi owns 25% of.
It would make sense for Mitsubishi to obtain full offtake of EVA concentrate and pay again market prices - a huge benefit to CMMC. No sales or marketing cost.

Mitsubishi is a smelting and metals trading company - they want a steady, predictable supply of concentrate.
CMMC is a mining company who will supply the concentrate to Mitsubishi.

It is good business.
Something you do not understand.
