This reason is brought to light in today's pr.  The same suspect identifier seems to be confirmed in the pr.  The pr lists his experience with the cme group.  Which is also listed on the bio of my suspect.   Hope he produces fruit.  

Tomorrow before market opens fineqia is required by cse regulation to disclose another monthly progress report.  I hope there is another nugget of information in there
