RE:time linebluemoons, I think it's the annual tax-loss selling 'charade'. There have been folks that bought in at numbers well above the mid-30's that might have decided to lock in their losses. Well those folks can't repurchase same stock for 30 days, so they'll be bare-butt exposed if George issues a catalyst NR in the next week or two

there is a lot more  work to be done  to get this to a stage that it might be adopted.  Hence, every  day  , even good news leads to a drop in price  from folks  leaving to  take up other more timely opportunities.

they may come back  after more development,  but for now  , it looks like they are deserting the ship.

Anyone have any other ideas??
