RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:$4.58

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:$4.58 As far as equity raises.  They might have been around for 10+ years but they're going through a heavy growth phase into a few new segments.  They will need cash and more cash as they have some expansion costs, r and d costs and various others but with guidance of $140M for 2022.  I'm in the industry myself and know the expenses associated with new plants, machinery and start ups. I'm assuming the current promo is on to elevate the sp to a more acceptable level for a future raise if need be.  But they haven't gone to the well yet on the $20M line of credit which is a very good alternative. I added a substantial amount from $4.04 to $4.25 as well as a previous stack averaged at $5.42 and am comfortable with the risk reward here even in light of the EV sector getting crushed lately.
