Just received it in the mail today.

I voted "withhold" to Normand Hinse and Francois Mestrallet as directors because it makes no sense to me that a company is directed by people who have no mining education and no mining experience. Pretty simple when one thinks about it - like someone not driving a commercial 18-wheeler truck when they haven't gone to driving school and have no experience driving vehicles. Yet our company Abcourt is going to be "directed" by those who lack the educational background and experience? All the others have mining industry education and/or significant experience, so I voted yes for them.

I also voted "withhold" to Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as auditors because instead of supplying us with more details regarding Renaud Hinse's "Professional Fees" of $389,972 in 2020, there are now no details at all. Also, the current auditors have done absolutely nothing to inform the shareholders regarding the lack of information and ambiguities surrounding the Elder mine NSR.
