PREB is taking control

PREB is taking controlMight have already been posted here, but here are some links to recent evolution on the rfp process. Especially the Resolution and Order of PREB (last link) is very telling on the bureaucracy and incompetency. Incredible the time that has been wasted... Hopefully PREB taking further control also bodes well for Montalva. As far as possible catalyst go, getting the green light for Montalva would certainly impact the share price...
