RE:RE:RE:RE:GSPBtb would you happen to know who the principle owners of Innovare are, as I was researching and found this info.
It looks like one of the founders of Innovare was no longer considered a principle in 2016 after the patent was awarded. Why would someone no longer want to be listed as a principle in a company when things were moving ahead?
“On January 1, 2017, the Corporation entered into the Innovare Agreement, pursuant to which the Corporation agreed to pay Innovare a licensing fee for use of the Innovare Intellectual Property, to be calculated as an amount equal to 3.0% of the Corporation’s operating income related to potash produced and sold by the Corporation using the Innovare Intellectual Property, less the costs of the potash produced, calculated as set forth in the Innovare Agreement (the “Innovare Royalty”). The Innovare Royalty shall be payable quarterly, in arrears, within 90 days following the end of each quarter once production on the Tugaske Project begins. The Corporation has also engaged Innovare to provide certain consulting services to the Corporation in connection with the Tugaske Project.
