Good! Ignore list is the best way. I have been using this for a while now. Since I have done this I never had to reply to post that only purpose is to be condesending to others without bringing nothing constructive on they own thinking.

When I was in the army and one of my subordinate approaches me with something negative, I always ask them if they had a solution for what they were complaining...if not well I toll them to stop biiitching and carry on.
