Their intention is to sell at least 200,000 metric tons at $500 US per ton. Here, we are talking about the rock coming out directly from the ground with no transformation. They just dig it out the ground and sell it. The cost to dig each metric ton out of the ground is around 25$. Do the math... that's over $100M US of profit per year.
The next phase would be to apply for a permit to extract at least 1 million tons per year. That would at least quadruple the revenues if they have enough customers.
Finally, with all the cash flows, they could easily finance the 300M capex to transform the rock into a product that can be sold a spot sprice (e.g. $2000+ per ton).
In my opinion, this stock could move to 10$ very quickly (next 1-2 years) and 50$ to 100$ in the next 5 years... seems to good to be true, but let's see! :)

indeed. A good summation. I did my DD and I contemplate what's going to happen when there's a permit announced. Remember, it's only Tuesday and a quarry permit is perfect for harvesting material that is essentially at surface.
