Could be a disaster, could be an opportunity. How's your risk tolerance? How's your time line?

HRT's Sugar Zone mine, source of such bitter experience for shareholders who had that risk tolerance (and lost), could be profitable again when Gold is over $3000. Sweet.

Meanwhile, if the mine is put on a care and maintenance basis until that time (dream on that it is sooner rather than later for GWA), in the meantime, the creditor protection status  will probably free up about 250 experienced workers and several contractors (drilling, blasting, hauling &c) now in White River. And it is generally understood how mobile such a work force is. White River to Timmins is not a great leap; better than to a Cobalt mine in DRC.

Not to speak of the relatively new mining equipment (where did all that unserviceable debt come from in the first place?) and camp supplies that could come on the Auction block from the receivers  at a pretty serious discount.

Just in time for putting more Gong Qi into GWA.

Not to mix Chinese with Latin too casually, but perhaps Carpe Diem
