Marketing?

Can someone please explain the ROI on all the great marketing happening for EV and/or Temas?Most especially for the great work the folks who are getting paid to organize promotions at EV.

I watched the video everyone is talking about months ago. So, I'm having a hard time understanding why this is 'new and exciting'.
