Accumulating Oil stocks

Accumulating Oil stocksAll the oil stocks have had HUGE volumes, ArX, tve , ATH, . They are loading up. BIG MOVES will be coming. Earnings coming out. Dividend increases, buy backs, etc. ARX mgmt. will see what the market expects and Act accordingly. Institutional buying will start, driving up ARX . It has to happen. Oil hopefully stays at 72.00 range.
