On September 30 a new Director was announced..

Is she at all connected to the September 21 announcement of share sale and greenhouse lease. As part of the sale/lease, was she to be appointed as a director? These type of arrangements are not at all uncommon.

Or is she completely independent and not involved in the sale/lease transactions?
