Don't hold a position in this issue.
A quick glance at their balance sheet- lots of money tied in intangible assets.
For all the acquisitions they have done issuing company shares,
if they have to writieoff some of those assets, the net value of the company will drop in a hurry.
Is that criminal. not really.
but the people who claim to be investing when stock prices are multiples of revennues are more at fault.
