RE:Kinross

RE:KinrossI don't get it?

With a couple of months to go to the MRE, where all shareholders would have had a much better idea of what we have, why is CT and the board so eager to vote in favour of this deal? It's the first we have heard of any offer at all and right out of the blue. Now if there was a bidding war, it's going to cost GBR $85 million if they accept a superior offer.

I have always admired CT and all, for the work they have done, just really disappointed in not knowing what we had, or an indiction thereof, before we decided to sell. That is what I understood was CT's plan for the last year.

Can someone please enlighten me more on this Contingent Value right and where it will benifit us shareholders........thanks.
